Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range of £24000-£26000 per annum, inclusive of bonus

Your Role's Impact:

As a member of the Global Service Bureau team, the Global Service Bureau Specialist will be tasked with the precise setup, maintenance, and enhancement of Standing Settlement Instructions in ALERT, as well as generating reports for clients. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, as the Specialist must accurately capture and relay information and instructions from clients to our systems. The ability to analyze data, compare it against client-provided information, identify missing mandatory details, and recognize non-compliant data against validation rules is essential. Additionally, as directed by the Leads, the Specialist will engage in managing large-scale projects, which will involve:

  1. Conducting project scoping to ascertain capacity requirements based on client volume
  2. Establishing turnaround time targets
  3. Negotiating reasonable turnaround time commitments with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Communicating project progress and challenges to internal and external parties, while collaboratively developing solutions
  5. Ensuring client satisfaction throughout and following the completion of each project

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively managing multiple projects while ensuring adherence to turnaround time commitments (aligned with departmental benchmarks) and maintaining high accuracy
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding Global Service Bureau services
  • Managing assigned cases in Salesforce, updating case details, and collaborating with clients to confirm case closure
  • Upholding agreed quality standards in all tasks, ensuring 100% compliance with Information Security and Client Confidential Information policies
  • Generating various reports for clients, including benchmark reports and data quality initiative reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory
