We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our Global Service Bureau team at DTCC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the accurate setup, maintenance, and enrichment of Standing Settlement Instructions in ALERT, as well as generating reports for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Actively handle multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high accuracy.
- Respond to client requests regarding Global Service Bureau services.
- Manage assigned cases in Salesforce, making necessary updates and collaborating with clients to confirm case closure.
- Adhere to quality standards, ensuring 100% compliance with Information Security and Client Confidential Information policies.
- Generate various reports for clients, including benchmark reports and data quality initiative reports.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work with the team to review deliverables and ensure quality and accuracy.
DTCC offers a competitive salary range of £24,000-£26,000 per annum, plus bonus. We also provide comprehensive health and life insurance, pension, paid time off, and a flexible/hybrid work model.
