Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Greenbean in Durham. As a key member of our call centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and support to customers
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
