Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality advice and assistance to individuals in housing need, focusing on preventing homelessness and exploring alternative accommodation options.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive housing options and advice service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with housing policies, legislation, and best practices to provide informed advice and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of housing options, homeless prevention tools, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
