**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Homelessness Prevention Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our housing options and advice service, providing expert guidance and support to individuals and families at risk of homelessness.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver high-quality advice and assistance to customers in housing need, providing expert guidance on housing options and homeless prevention tools.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions to prevent homelessness.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, listening actively and empathizing with their needs and concerns.

• Provide training and support to colleagues on housing options and homeless prevention best practices.

• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to housing options and homeless prevention.
