We're seeking a highly skilled Homelessness Prevention Officer to join our team. As a key member of our housing team, you'll play a vital role in preventing homelessness and providing advice and assistance to individuals in housing need.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver a high-quality housing options and advice service to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to prevent homelessness and provide alternative accommodation options
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Stay up-to-date with housing policies, procedures, and best practices
