We are seeking a highly organized and guest-oriented individual to join our Night Reception Team as a Night Reception Team Member. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable experience with us.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome late arrivals and take reservations over the phone during the evening
  • Provide a personal welcome for guests and create a warm and friendly atmosphere
  • Ensure the guest's stay runs smoothly
  • Handle any guest complaints or problems, reporting them and any incidents that occur during the night to the General Manager
  • Assist with preparing breakfast
  • Ensure the safety of the people and property in the hotel
