About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Services Coordinator to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Housing. As a key member of our People team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional HR services to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shared Services:
    • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all people-related queries throughout the colleague lifecycle.
    • Manage queries with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Offer advice on HR policies, practices, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
    • Process all new starters and leavers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Maintain 100% accuracy in employee records within our HR system.
    • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws (GDPR) at all times.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team as needed.
    • Ensure timely and accurate data processing for monthly payroll.
    • Support the management of benefits systems and assist colleagues as needed.
  • Onboarding:
    • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Manage job adverts and provide updates on candidate progress to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
    • Prepare offer letters and contracts within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Oversee all stages of onboarding to ensure an exceptional experience for new hires.
    • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Support the learning and development team with updating apprenticeship records and managing the Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Organize training sessions and manage attendance to ensure maximum participation.
    • Answer basic queries related to learning and development to provide excellent customer service.
    • Log and track requests for qualifications or conferences to ensure timely delivery.
    • Manage induction programs for new starters to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Various:
    • Assist with key initiatives and projects across the People team as needed.
    • Provide ad-hoc support to the wider People team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

  • Essential Skills:
    • Strong administrative and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Ability to handle pressure and manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
    • High levels of confidentiality and professionalism to maintain the trust of our employees and customers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR systems to ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
    • Attention to detail and excellent communication (both verbal and written) to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solution-focused mindset to ensure timely resolution of queries.
    • Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Desirable:
    • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a People Admin function.
