We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator who will also take on executive support responsibilities in a hybrid working environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with flexible working hours available
- Hybrid model: 2 days remote and 3 days in the office
Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to transactions and payroll, escalating issues as necessary
- Provide comprehensive support regarding employee compensation and benefits
- Assist in the recruitment process, including contract issuance, job advertising, CV screening, interview coordination, and reference checks
- Facilitate the distribution of e-learning modules aligned with the learning and development strategy
- Conduct right to work checks and reference verifications, reporting any concerns to the HR Manager
- Maintain attendance and absence records using the internal CRM system
- Update and manage internal databases and systems
Executive Support:
- Organize company events and travel arrangements
- Assist with internal communications and coordination
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal systems
