Job Description

Parkwood Holdings Limited is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Administrator to join our team. As a Key Account Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Key Account managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Reporting and Administration: Oversee all reporting and ensure accuracy and deadlines are met, maintaining and supporting the helpdesk, and responding to clients within prescribed KPIs.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales pipeline via the Key Accounts manager and sales team, ensuring all quotes are dealt with promptly, and monitoring the in-house works programme to ensure scheduled works are completed.
  • Service Level Agreements: Produce and maintain Service Level Agreements for each site within specific clients' remits, ensuring all potential opportunities for clients are identified, reported, and updated on our internal systems.
  • Urgent Works: Monitor 'Glendale live' and direct feedback from operational teams to ensure all urgent VO works are reported directly to the client with proposed costs to rectify.
  • New Sales Opportunities: Identify new sales opportunities and ensure continuous growth of our clients, including new site contracts, hard and soft landscaping improvements, winter gritting services, internal and external planting, and cross-selling of other Parkwood business.
  • Bid Support: Use experience to support with new bids development, providing written information relating to mobilisation activities, continuous improvements, sustainability, and other relevant topics.
  • Finance and Reporting: Fully undertake all day-to-day tasks relating to finance and month-end reporting, including sales invoicing, job tracking, and other ad-hoc duties, working with the Finance team to follow up and reduce bad debt.
