About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Workman LLP. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily processing of supplier invoices, ensuring timely payment and maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with the accounts payable team and property management teams to provide a best-in-class service to our clients. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues will be essential in this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and managing supplier invoices
  • Updating control spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with asset managers and suppliers to resolve queries and issues
  • Managing CIS deductions and payments
  • Processing and managing proforma invoice payments
