ATS Euromaster has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Technician to join our team in Barrhead.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Interstate AC Service. As a Service Technician, you will play an integral role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You will be part of a company that values training and development.

About the Role:

As our Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Core Services: Providing expert service and maintenance for air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Assisting with Sales and Marketing: Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to deliver Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) targets.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Demonstrating knowledge of our products and values, and providing detailed guidance and support to our customers.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety: Following our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety in everything that we do.

Requirements:

  • Experience and Qualifications: Demonstrable experience of working in a similar Technician role (Mechanic/Vehicle Technician etc.) and a qualification of IMI level 2 (or above) is desirable.
  • Driver's License: Full driver's licence.
