We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security and Infrastructure Manager to join our team at East Renfrewshire Council. As a key member of the Senior ICT Management Team, you will be responsible for leading the ICT Infrastructure Team in delivering a secure and resilient infrastructure environment to support the current and future technology needs of the Council.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinating the Council's response to any cyber incidents
- Deploying and proactively managing the end-user device estate, ensuring PSN compliance
- Providing guidance and continual professional development to your teams
- Understanding business requirements and drivers for change
- Contributing to the development of the Corporate Digital Strategy
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication skills to discuss technical concepts and identify project implementation issues
- Ability to work with highly technical teams to remove barriers to project success
- Clear understanding of how technology contributes to modern and efficient business or Council services
**Working Arrangements:**
