Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage survey bookings and administration, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Utilize PC skills to produce and update documents, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate surveyor diary management, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Update marketing information and maintain records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Arrange development calls for surveyors, fostering growth and development within the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong telephone manner.
- Previous administrative experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- A "can-do" attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
