About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to oversee the operational delivery and strategic direction of our Community Team, Intensive Family Support, and Request for Assistance service.
You will be responsible for managing a team that provides support to families requiring assistance due to child protection concerns and those with statutory responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have a professional social work qualification, considerable social work experience, and previous supervisory experience.

We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills who can promote high standards of service provision.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
The successful candidate will be required to be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
