Job Title: Office Host

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Host to join our team at Knights. As an Office Host, you will be responsible for delivering a premium experience to all those within the office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized working environment
  • Coordinating events and meetings
  • Providing administrative support to the central Office Services team
  • Ensuring the office is equipped with necessary supplies and materials
  • Hosting local events and presenting food and beverages
  • Reporting maintenance needs and overseeing contractors
  • Acting as the local representative for Business Services teams

Requirements:

  • Presentable and personable with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility to work early starts and late finishes when required
  • IT literate with Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service
