About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all hotel guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that all brand standards are maintained, and excellent standards of customer service are delivered at all times.
  • Manage the reception area, handling guest requests, and providing information on hotel facilities and services.
Requirements
  • A great personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record in a similar role, with experience in providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong training and development skills, with the ability to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
