About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our digital marketing team at NFP People LTD. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving conversions, engagement, and income through email marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive donations, and retain customers.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of email marketing and CRM campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for email marketing campaigns, including email and SMS marketing strategies.
  • Manage data from the CRM systems, and work with internal teams to ensure lead quality, lead nurturing, and lead conversion.
  • Monitor quality, performance, and promote best-practice use of integrations and automation.
  • Ensure compliance with best practice and delivery against targets and budgets.
  • Create and maintain written email marketing processes and oversee delivery of timely, accessible results and reporting.
  • Responsible for the line management of designated staff members and maintain excellent knowledge of email and digital marketing practices and campaigns in the sector.
About You

You'll have experience of managing email marketing campaigns for large organisations, delivering digital products that are fully compliant and meet best practice, data-driven optimisation of email content, and building email and SMS marketing campaigns across a range of internal departments.

To fulfil the role, you must be resident in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
