Email Marketing Manager

Fintech

£45,000 - £50,000

Salt is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Manager to join their Marketing function and contribute to the company's growth plans.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies, automated user journeys, and nurturing programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement email campaigns, regular and solus newsletters, event management, and marketing automations
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to manage the communication and email marketing calendar
  • Provide regular reporting of email metrics and insights to the Marketing team and wider business
  • Set up and manage internal virtual events, including email invitations and follow-ups
  • Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push, and other cross-channel communications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a CRM/Email Marketing role, with a focus on Fintech
  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM position
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimising content to improve open, click-through, and registration rates
  • Strong understanding of best email marketing practices
  • Experience working with automation and CRM tools (MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions would be ideal)
  • Hands-on, motivated, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • HTML for email building is a plus
