Job Title: Email Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team at Salt. As a key member of our Marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing our email marketing strategy, driving engagement and conversions across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Manage and optimize our email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and effective communication with our customers
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on email metrics and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing with other marketing channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with email marketing automation tools, such as MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions
  • Knowledge of HTML and email design principles
