Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team at a leading Fintech company. As a key member of the Marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Create and send regular and solus newsletters, event management, marketing automations, and existing processes to all customers.
  • Manage the communication and email marketing calendar with key senior stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reporting of email metrics and insights to the Marketing team and wider business.
  • Set up and manage the operations side of internal virtual events, including email invitations and follow-ups.
  • Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push, and other cross-channel communications.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a CRM/Email Marketing role, with a strong interest in Fintech.
  • 2+ years of experience in a CRM position, with a focus on email marketing and automation.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimizing content to improve open, click-through, and registration rates.
  • Strong understanding of best email marketing practices.
  • Experience working with automation and CRM tools (MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions would be ideal).
  • Hands-on, motivated, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • HTML for email building is a plus.
