A leading Fintech company is seeking an experienced Email Marketing professional to join their Marketing team.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, automated user journeys, and nurturing programs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a CRM and Email role, with a strong understanding of A/B testing, email marketing best practices, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions
  • Manage the email marketing calendar and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on email metrics to the Marketing team
  • Set up and manage virtual events, including email invitations and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Email Marketing and CRM roles
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and email marketing best practices
  • Experience with automation tools, such as MS Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions
  • Hands-on and motivated, with excellent communication skills
