CRM Adobe Campaign Manager

Fantastic opportunity to join our team as a CRM Adobe Manager, working on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Birmingham with a flexible 2-day workweek and the rest working from home. This role offers a competitive salary of circa £50K with an ASAP start.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation and management of Adobe Campaign, ensuring seamless execution of all releases and functionality.
- Develop and maintain complex campaign workflow templates, driving technical innovation and excellence.
- Provide expert training and support to Adobe Campaign Executives and the marketing community, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to address any system issues, upgrades, or new initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Drive marketing technology innovation, providing recommendations and technical documentation for new channel integrations, digital product development, and system enhancements.
- Monitor and review Adobe performance, API, active profiles, and campaign set-ups, ensuring optimal results and continuous improvement.
- Essential experience with Adobe Campaign, with a strong understanding of Campaign marketing management tools and other deployment platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of App, Email, and/or SMS channels, with experience in multi-channel campaign delivery and automated journeys.
- Desirable experience working in an Agency environment, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, innovation, and trends.
- Experience with AI tools and a degree-level qualification or equivalent in CRM or e-commerce/direct marketing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across regions and cultures.
