Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our team at Fullfillment Goods UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage correspondence and ensure messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and transportation as needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, including arranging logistics and preparing meeting materials.
  • Conduct research on various topics as assigned.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other office software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
