Exciting Opportunity: Recovery Worker - Opiates

Are you passionate, skilled, and experienced in making a significant impact? We are in search of a committed Recovery Coordinator to become part of our Opiate team. In this role, you will engage with and assess individuals utilizing our services, ensuring they receive tailored interventions that address their specific needs.

Responsibilities

In our Southwark service, we offer comprehensive support customized to each individual's journey. Our mission is to empower every person through holistic assistance and personalized treatment that meets their unique requirements. From individualized sessions to medical interventions, our aim is to provide integrated care that fosters growth and recovery.

The Role:

Join our team and play a crucial role in:

  • Supporting service users throughout their recovery journey.
  • Conducting assessments and creating personalized recovery plans.
  • Advocating for access to collaborative services.
  • Working with individuals to facilitate social reintegration and recovery.
