Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining exceptional levels of design craft and execution across the Cleo user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design managers in bringing clarity and focus to the design team's vision and impact on OKRs
  • Identify and pitch for opportunities to deliver impact on Cleo's product strategy in a strategic, proactive, and autonomous manner
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across various teams advocating for user-centered design and customer obsession in bringing company-wide initiatives to life
  • Support design leadership in fostering a happy, inclusive, and productive working culture

About You

  • Demonstrated track record of designing impactful consumer app experiences as a senior IC or Design leader
  • Showcase high levels of craftsmanship in visual, UI, interaction design, prototyping, and brand integration into the user experience
  • Experienced in catalyzing impact at the organizational level across multiple product areas
  • A proactive problem solver with strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Recognized for elevating the quality of design work and multiplying the team's impact within a company
