Job Summary

Selby Jennings is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the product and design vision for our clients in the financial industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting insights into tangible ideas and excelling in an environment surrounded by top-notch engineers. They will be an experienced Senior Product Designer with a proven track record in the Fintech space or B2B roles, designing complex enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Own the entire lifecycle of product design for critical financial applications.
  • Collaborate with the design team for design reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Define the strategy and design direction for high-impact initiatives.
  • Interact with colleagues across the business to develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX and/or product design.
  • Proven track record in B2B or Fintech roles, with at least 3 years of experience in complex enterprise design.
  • Proficiency in designing tools, with Figma being a requirement, and a portfolio available.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
