Job Title: Senior Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Selby Jennings. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial part in shaping the product and design vision for our client, a leading fund in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the whole lifecycle for the product design of crucial financial applications for the business.
  • Collaborate with the design team for design reviews to achieve a continuous improvement environment.
  • Define the strategy and design direction for high-impact initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our client's business needs and goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX and/or product design.
  • Proven track record in B2B or Fintech roles, working on complex enterprise design, for at least 3 years.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
  • Degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field.
