Job Summary

Cygnet is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Clifton. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments, producing comprehensive reports that inform treatment decisions.
  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with healthcare guidelines and regulations.
  • Work closely with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure individualized care plans are complete and maintained.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills, promoting best practices in nursing.
Requirements
  • Current valid registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD).
  • Strong understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 and latest nursing practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing patient recovery and risk management.
  • Commitment to empowering and supporting service user independence.
