We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at CAMHS Professionals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning disabilities and mental health, with a proven track record of providing leadership and clinical expertise in a similar setting.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care staff within our service, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our service users.
- To maintain and develop clinical skills, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in the field of learning disabilities and mental health.
- To manage the service in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, and financial plans, ensuring that our service is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and nights, with a minimum of 3-4 shifts per week. Shift patterns will be discussed and agreed with the manager.
