Electrical Test and Commissioning Specialist

Orion Group is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Test and Commissioning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering electrical testing and commissioning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver electrical testing and commissioning services to our clients, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer service.
- Conduct thorough electrical fault finding and rectification services, utilizing your expertise to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
- Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment, including switchgear, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure seamless project delivery and high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring our clients receive the latest and most effective electrical testing and commissioning services.
- Relevant experience in electrical testing and commissioning, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical prints, schematics, and single-line diagrams, as well as metering instrumentation hardware and software.
- High level of PC literacy, with proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
