Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Donor Data Management Officer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our donor database. Your responsibilities will encompass managing changes and amendments to donor information, ensuring data quality, and producing essential medical correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage donor record updates and modifications using our specialized IT system (Pulse).
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of donor records, contributing to the overall quality of the database.
  • Produce routine medical correspondence related to donor information.
  • Archive donor records according to established procedures, ensuring timely collection and secure storage.
  • Adhere to strict data protection and information governance guidelines, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Review donor health check information to identify discretionary testing requirements and key clinical data, contributing to the safety of blood donations.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail. You will possess excellent communication skills and a commitment to accuracy. Experience working with databases and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
