Position Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Creative Production Specialist to enhance our dynamic Studio team. This role involves overseeing the production of all in-house managed stills and film shoots, collaborating with production agencies and a network of freelancers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Studio and Production Manager in executing all in-house stills and film shoots, both in studio and on location, for seasonal product launches.
  • Manage allocated budgets for all in-house shooting requests.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Creative Brand Team and Production Agencies.
  • Facilitate model casting for the business, negotiating optimal rates in alignment with project briefs.
  • Collaborate with design teams and markets to ensure accurate visual and commercial representation of products across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain a network of freelancers, including creative professionals and production specialists, to support the broader marketing team.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Stylist on the management and organization of shoot samples.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Photography.
  • Experience in a fast-paced fashion retail e-commerce environment.
  • Expertise in both on-model and off-model e-commerce photography.
  • Proven management experience is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of photography, retouching, and lighting techniques.
  • High proficiency in Photoshop and Capture One.
  • Ability to train others in photographic and retouching techniques.
  • Strong competency in MAC operating systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PPT).
  • A self-driven leader capable of both taking and providing direction.
  • A diligent worker committed to achieving the highest quality outcomes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
