We are seeking a proactive mental health recovery practitioner with leadership skills to join our team at Creative Support.
You will have relevant experience of working with people with mental health needs within a person-centred, recovery-focused framework and will demonstrate knowledge of mental health needs/conditions, recovery principles and helpful interventions.
You will work with service users to develop and implement individualised recovery plans, promoting independence and well-being.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of mental health practitioners to deliver high-quality support services
- Developing and implementing recovery plans that meet the unique needs of service users
- Providing guidance and support to colleagues to ensure excellent practice
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of recovery and well-being, and for ensuring that our services are person-centred and responsive to the needs of service users.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about mental health recovery, and who has the skills and experience to lead a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality services.
