Creative Support is a national, rapidly expanding non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with diverse needs. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our supportive team in South Tyneside.

You will play a vital role in empowering adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling, active, and enjoyable lives. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training. Your skills in positive communication, engagement, and genuine care for the individuals we support will be invaluable. You must be able to adhere to established guidelines and contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Support Professional Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and support to help individuals achieve their personal goals.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management.
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure their smooth participation.
  • Support meal preparation, planning, and enjoyment of meals.
  • Facilitate access to local activities and community engagement, including outings, events within our services, and promoting social opportunities in the area.
