Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons to students in Key Stage 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students
  • Implement the Primary Curriculum effectively, utilizing Phonics, including Little Wandle Phonics, to support early literacy development
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to both students and parents
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
Requirements
  • PGCE qualification
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Department for Education (DFE) recognition
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional training in Phonics instruction
  • Experience working in a 2 Form Entry School
