Job Title: German Speaking Technical Support Advisor

Location: Slough (office based)

Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: 7am – 3pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our client's team in Slough. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing vital technical support to our client's employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 remote and occasional desk-side technical support.
  • Receive and log all phone calls, emails, and web forms within the service desk tracking system, and aim to resolve incidents or requests at the first point of contact.
  • Liaise with 3rd party support providers to escalate and resolve support queries as needed.
  • Act as an escalation point for the 1st line Desktop Support Team to help resolve various IT support-related issues.
Requirements

Essential:

  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • Previous technical support experience is required.
