**Job Summary**
Quest Employment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client in Corby. This role involves providing exceptional customer service via telephone and email, as well as coordinating the cycle of orders from processing requirements to despatch.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering telephone calls and processing customer requests
* Processing orders and customer confirmations
* Liaising with Corby Logistics department and coordinating despatch of goods
* Liaising and coordinating with operational areas of the business
* Preparing quotations as and when required
* Supporting external sales personnel
* Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
**Requirements**
* Enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
* Knowledge of Sage and willingness to learn
* Naturally organised and able to work as part of a busy team
* Knowledge of other European languages and a willingness to learn (preferred)
