About the Position

In this role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be an integral part of the team, embodying the values and operational standards of B&M Retail. Your responsibilities will include ensuring exceptional store presentation and collaborating closely with the Store Manager to enhance store performance. You will have a significant impact on the daily operations, from inventory management to recruitment, ensuring that each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

When the Store Manager is unavailable, you will take the lead, motivating your team to achieve outstanding results consistently. Our leaders at B&M are hands-on, engaging with their teams on the sales floor, providing guidance, and inspiring them to reach their highest potential.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Management experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large teams effectively.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in an FMCG or large retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
