Position Overview:

As an Assistant Store Leader, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence within the store. Required Qualifications:

Candidates must possess:

  • Experience in a management role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large teams effectively.
  • A track record of achieving key performance indicators.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
