Position Overview:

As an Assistant Store Leader, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence within the store. Your hands-on approach will be essential in maintaining high store standards and collaborating closely with the Store Manager to optimize store performance. You will take ownership of various store operations, from inventory management to team recruitment, ensuring each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must possess:

  • Experience in a management role within a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to manage medium to large teams effectively.
  • A track record of achieving key performance indicators.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
