Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate workshops and one-on-one sessions for students.
  • Organize and oversee work experience placements.
  • Engage with educational institutions and employers to ensure effective placement matching.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Get Ahead Work Experience Programme, funded by the Shared Prosperity Fund.
  • Manage projects associated with various educational entities, including marketing and operational planning.

Essential Knowledge:
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
  • Familiarity with the school curriculum.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) qualification.
  • IOSH certification.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation relevant to young individuals.

Essential Experience:
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to manage small-scale projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Desirable Experience:
  • Background in school or employer engagement activities.
  • Experience with databases and report generation.
