About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized People & Events Administrator to join our team at Reed HR. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a range of cultural activities and events, ensuring they support our values and encourage engagement and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage cultural activities and events to promote engagement and wellbeing.
  • Design and implement community, education, and outreach programmes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent team to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
  • Maintain accurate training records and support the evaluation of training initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role focused on employee engagement, training, or event management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement.
  • Ability to adhere to policies and practices while being flexible to meet the needs of the business.
