Position Overview:

FinTop Consulting is seeking a proficient and motivated Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to enhance our team. This role is crucial as the technical representative for Europe, focusing on advocating and showcasing our innovative products and services. The ideal candidate will provide in-depth technical knowledge, facilitate product demonstrations, assist in developing sales strategies, and manage client interactions throughout the implementation phase. A solid technical background combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities is vital. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to formulate effective sales strategies and proposals.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Evaluate client requirements to deliver customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Oversee post-sales processes, including solution deployment and ensuring client satisfaction for a specific customer segment.
  • Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and oversee responses.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and sales materials.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Deliver advanced customer support during European business hours, representing approximately 15% of the role's responsibilities in the short term.
