About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our Life Sciences team at Capgemini Engineering. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of software and hardware systems.
- Perform periodic reviews and maintenance of client systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in IT departments, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL (Incident/Change/Knowledge/Problem Management) principles.
- Ability to work on client sites and travel as required.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
- Experience with manual testing and qualification processes.
- Understanding of LIMS and CDS basics.
