About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Life Sciences Team at Capgemini Engineering. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, from single-person consultancy roles to large-scale software development projects, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities
  • Incident resolution, including troubleshooting, physical checks of instruments, network issues, license configuration, data flow, and data storage issues.
  • User administration, including user creation, access, and validation of user accounts.
  • Installation, including coordination with vendors, interaction with network teams, and configuration of instruments with various applications.
  • Periodic reviews and maintenance, including support for client instrument owners, ensuring maintenance plans are in place and followed, and supporting firmware updates.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in IT departments, particularly in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL (Incident/Change/Knowledge/Problem Management).
  • Ability to work on client sites.
  • Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Manual testing and qualification skills.
  • Solid understanding of LIMS and CDS basics.
