We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Engagement and Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our internal and external communications, as well as providing strategic input to our delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective internal and external communications strategies to engage our members and stakeholders.
  • Manage the production of our bi-annual magazine, The Lioness, and oversee our website and social media activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including our members, Area Co-ordinators, media, and other veteran-facing organisations.
  • Work closely with our CEO to deliver our strategic vision and manage on-going and one-off projects.
  • Be highly organised with great attention to detail and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WRAC Association is a £7million charity that provides camaraderie, benevolence, and support to women who have served in the Army. We aim to exert influence within the military charity sector to broaden support for female veterans. Our small staff team of 5 is led by a CEO and is motivated by the good work we do to support some amazing, brave, and pioneering women.
