Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic Emergency departments as a Patient Coordination Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring that our teams provide exceptional care to our patients.

As a key member of a collaborative team comprising both administrative and clinical professionals, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience throughout their journey in our department.

The administrative team within the Emergency Departments is robust, consisting of various roles such as senior secretaries, administrators, team leaders, ward managers' assistants, receptionists, and patient coordinators.

If you are looking for a rewarding challenge and possess the necessary skills, this position may be an excellent fit for you.

Working Hours: - hrs & - hrs, available seven days a week.

This position requires flexibility between multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will demonstrate essential skills such as fast and accurate typing, outstanding customer service abilities, and effective communication across all levels.
