Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Tracker to ensure all patients receive timely and efficient treatment in our Haematology/Oncology Units.

This role will play a pivotal part in the smooth running of the patient pathway across our two sites, directly enhancing our patient experience. Strong organisational skills are essential, and the ability to build rapport with different staff groups is crucial.

Main Duties of the Job

The post holder will be responsible for the proactive management of patients receiving Systematic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) treatment, ensuring their journey is progressed in a timely and efficient manner in line with National Cancer Waiting Times Targets.

Monitoring, reporting, and tracking patients will be key responsibilities, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
