Harmonic Finance™ is excited to announce an opportunity for a Client Relations Associate to join our innovative and rapidly expanding music licensing organization.

Role Overview:

This newly established position aligns with our growth strategy and offers a unique chance to work closely with a highly regarded leader in the music sector. The role supports flexible, hybrid working arrangements and seeks an outward-facing individual who is adaptable and eager to engage with one of the most dynamic companies in the music industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, including artists, managers, and labels.
  • Assist in fulfilling clients' operational and strategic requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Onboard new clients and lead training sessions on our platforms.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Manage and resolve any client issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Support the client relations manager with various tasks as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an artist-focused environment, preferably within the music industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in a second language.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £23,000 to £30,000, along with attractive industry benefits.
