What You Will Receive

Your Responsibilities

As a Client Engagement Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Marketing Lead to craft and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating a smooth customer onboarding process.
  • Developing retention strategies that resonate with clients.
  • Creating informative marketing materials to keep clients engaged and informed about the product.
  • Producing case studies and whitepapers.
  • Planning and conducting webinars, group meetings, and events.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Your Qualifications

To excel as a Client Engagement Marketing Specialist, you should possess a background in HealthTech or medical sectors, particularly in a B2B marketing capacity. Familiarity with the industry is essential. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a HealthTech agency environment. A solid understanding of lower-funnel marketing strategies and a willingness to engage directly with clients are crucial. Given the start-up nature of the organization, adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently are key attributes.
